## Connect and prepare

Connect an eligible professional account linked to a managed Facebook Page. Prepare images, ordered carousels or MP4 Reels. Review crop and caption. Analytics requires insights access.

## Review and schedule

Inspect the exact authorized destination, caption, media and time. Platform format and rate limits apply. Use Compose in the website or ask an authenticated assistant for a preview before approving.

## Inspect the outcome

Open Publishing report and review the channel receipt. Scheduled and submitted states are not the same as published. Retry only after resolving the actual error and checking for an existing post.

## Review the whole carousel

Inspect the image order and crop, then check the caption. The application accepts up to ten images for Instagram/Facebook image posts. Add one alt-text value per image when supplying alt text. A supported image upload does not establish Reel eligibility.

## When media remains in processing

Do not create a second upload while the saved container is processing. Use the verification action for an uncertain result. Confirm a native post link where available, and retry only after the server has established a safe recovery path.
