How does the free trial work?＋
Create an account and verify your email. Your one-time seven-day trial activates after email verification and payment-method authorization. Solo allows five connections, one brand and one owner. Growth allows ten connections, three brand records and five campaign-collaboration seats including the owner. A recurring payment method is required. The selected subscription renews automatically after the trial unless cancelled. When it ends, saved data remains and new publishing needs an active entitlement.
What counts as a social account?＋
Each profile, Page or channel counts as one connection. A Facebook Page and Instagram profile count as two, even when they represent the same business.
Is posting really unlimited?＋
There is no monthly post-count quota for ordinary user-approved publishing. Platform rate limits, permissions, supported formats and anti-spam safeguards still apply. Unlimited posting does not mean unlimited storage, AI generation or paid API reads.

Which channels are supported?＋
Available for eligible authorized accounts: LinkedIn personal profiles, Pinterest Standard, YouTube, Google Business Profile, TikTok Direct Post and Inbox Upload, X, Bluesky. Provider review pending: Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn Company Pages. TikTok Inbox Upload requires creator completion; Direct Post audit is approved. Account grants, verified media URLs and provider quotas still apply.
Which AI assistants can I use?＋
The authenticated MCP workflow is available for custom ChatGPT connections. Claude, Claude Code and Hermes have setup guides; full client verification is still pending. A directory listing is separate from a custom connection.
Are brands and team members included?＋
Solo includes one brand and one owner. Growth includes three brand records and five campaign-collaboration seats including the owner. Teammates can edit briefs and review campaigns; final publishing previews remain owner-controlled. Additional brand records do not create separate social-account or Brand Memory contexts.
What about AI, media storage and X reporting?＋
Managed drafting is available only when enabled by Postroom, with up to 10 idea batches or writer tests per workspace per UTC day and shared provider limits. Bring-your-own provider usage is billed separately. Paid image/video credits are not included. Five editable templates use no paid image-generation API. Solo includes 1 GiB media storage and Growth 5 GiB; uploads remain until removed or workspace deletion. Keep your own backups. Current browser uploads have a 20 MB per-file limit; provider limits can be lower. X analytics reads require explicit credit-use consent and are not unlimited.
Can I cancel or request a refund?＋
Once billing launches, cancellation stops renewal and preserves access to the paid-period end. A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the first purchase. See the refund policy for renewal and annual-billing rules.
