Terms of Service.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization or client, you must have authority to act for that party. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may connect only accounts, Pages, channels or locations you own or are authorized to manage. Keep application access secure, provide accurate information and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity. Access may be restricted to approved users; do not assume an invitation grants access to other customers' workspaces.

The service provides supported tools for account connections, content preparation, previews, scheduling and delivery tracking. Availability depends on the implemented feature, provider access, account eligibility, granted permissions and service capacity. An integration shown in configuration may still require platform approval or account testing.

TikTok offers audited Direct Post for approved scheduled content and Inbox Upload for a creator-completed handoff. With Inbox Upload, you complete editing and publication within TikTok. An upload receipt or “awaiting confirmation” state is not a promise that a public post exists. The Direct Post audit is approved; account authorization, content settings, verified media URLs and TikTok quotas still apply.

You choose the content, destination and schedule. Review text, media, captions, rights, privacy choices and the destination before authorizing delivery. You remain responsible for content generated with an AI assistant and for the accuracy of claims, disclosures and account permissions. Previews are aids and may differ from final rendering on the social network.

Scheduling an approved item authorizes the server to process and submit it at the selected time or during permitted retries. Publication can occur while your device is offline. Cancel eligible pending items or pause publishing if you no longer want that action. Cancellation cannot necessarily recall a provider request already submitted. Check both YET and the destination if a result is uncertain before retrying a post.

Use TikTok publishing for original content you own or are authorised to publish. Do not use Postroom to copy arbitrary content from other services, remove another creator's attribution or bypass TikTok's account, regional, audit or rate restrictions. Postroom does not add its own promotional watermark or logo to your TikTok upload. Branding already present in media you choose is part of your submitted content, not an added Postroom watermark.

Review the destination, editable caption, preview, visibility, interaction permissions and any AI-generated disclosure before approval. Commercial disclosure must truthfully describe whether you promote your own brand, another brand, or both. Branded content cannot use private visibility. You must have rights to the music you submit and accept TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation; branded content also requires agreement to its Branded Content Policy. TikTok's applicable terms, community and content rules also apply.

Inbox Upload requires you to complete publication in TikTok. Our Direct Post audit is approved. Direct Post transfers only after your approval and remains subject to account eligibility, granted access and TikTok quotas. Processing can take several minutes. A failed or uncertain result must be checked before you approve a new attempt. See Publishing safeguards for the workflow.

You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You grant YET the limited permission needed to store, display, prepare, transmit and process it for the features and destinations you request. You must possess the permissions necessary for any images, videos, music, trademarks, personal information and other material you supply. The service does not grant a license to third-party content merely because it can be uploaded.

Do not use the service to impersonate others, obtain unauthorized account access, spam, distribute malicious material, violate intellectual-property/privacy rights, publish unlawful content or evade a platform's restrictions. Do not use connected-platform data for unauthorized surveillance, resale or unrelated profiling. Do not attempt to extract secrets, interfere with other workspaces or bypass security controls. Each connected network's applicable rules continue to apply.

YET is independently operated. A connection does not imply endorsement or partnership with a social network. Platforms may change APIs, rate limits, available formats, approval conditions or account eligibility; they may reject content, revoke permissions or suspend accounts. We may adjust or suspend affected features accordingly. We cannot guarantee reach, engagement, sales, approval or exact publication timing.

When you use YouTube features, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy also applies. Other connected platforms' terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services. Revoking an authorization can prevent subsequent actions but does not delete already-published content.

LinkedIn features are subject to the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, additional Marketing API terms and applicable developer documentation. You must own or be authorized to manage each selected account. Agencies must have the relevant account owner's authorization; workspace membership does not itself confer LinkedIn account rights. You instruct Postroom to carry out only the specific supported actions you approve.

Do not scrape LinkedIn, circumvent API limits, resell LinkedIn data, build cross-client member databases, or turn member comments, reactions, follower data or profiles into prospect lists or CRM enrichment. Lead-form and Page-messaging data have separate permissions and permitted-use rules. Do not export LinkedIn member data to an external assistant or AI provider without a separately permitted basis. General AI consent does not override LinkedIn restrictions.

Postroom's LinkedIn integration is for authorized clients of the service. Developer access does not grant permission to redistribute LinkedIn functionality or data through a downstream product serving unaffiliated customers. Any such integration needs separate review before activation. We may restrict features or suspend access to comply with LinkedIn requirements. Development Tier access does not establish Standard Tier approval, endorsement or certification. New use cases require the applicable LinkedIn review.

YouTube uploads, metadata edits, visibility changes, publication schedules and comment replies require your initiation or confirmation. Google Business Profile actions apply only to the authorized location you select. Permissions do not grant us unrestricted authority to act. You may disconnect or revoke authorization; use our data-deletion instructions to request deletion of stored Google data. Google-connected data is subject to the specific use, sharing and retention disclosures in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, stored authorization credentials, infrastructure and request procedures. Current media delivery can expose uploaded files through public URLs; do not use it for confidential storage. Keep your own copies of important content. Pausing a connection is different from revocation or deletion. Use the Data Deletion instructions for a verified deletion request.

Solo includes one brand, one owner and 1 GiB media storage. Growth includes three brand records, five campaign-collaboration seats including the owner and 5 GiB media storage. Collaborators can work on briefs and reviews; the workspace owner controls final social publishing. Additional brand records do not create separate publishing or Brand Memory contexts. A campaign-brief approval is separate from approval of exact captions, assets, destinations and schedules. You are responsible for information entered into enquiry tracking and for your authorization to process it. Paid AI image/video credits are not bundled. Custom AI provider usage is billed under that provider’s terms. Managed drafting is available only when configured and enabled, subject to the displayed daily and provider limits. Uploaded media is not an archival backup; retain your original files.

Postroom, also named Postroom in provider portals, uses email authentication and Google sign-in when configured. Registration does not automatically grant publishing or administrator access. Access is staged during early testing. Do not use another person's credentials.

Public browser tools format text, check basic syntax and crop images. Caption starters use templates, not AI generation. Handle checks do not establish availability; title and tag tools do not guarantee ranking.

Integrations cover Facebook Pages, professional Instagram accounts, Threads, TikTok, personal LinkedIn profiles, Pinterest, YouTube and Google Business Profile, subject to implementation, testing and provider approval. Roadmap illustrations are not a promise of available features. TikTok inbox delivery requires creator completion; our Direct Post audit is approved, with account, permission and quota restrictions still applying.

Solo and Growth plans are described on our Pricing page. Checkout currently uses Razorpay Test Mode and does not collect real subscription payments. A seven-day trial requires authorization of a supported recurring payment method; it is not a no-payment-method trial. Live billing is subject to the status and dates displayed at checkout. Before purchase, we will disclose the price, billing interval, applicable taxes and resource allowances. Once enabled, subscriptions renew for the selected interval unless cancelled. Cancellation stops renewal and retains access until the paid period ends; downgrades apply at renewal. Refund requests follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy, including the 14-day first-purchase refund window. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. These Terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge.

The service may experience interruptions, errors, provider failures or maintenance. Features can be changed or withdrawn as necessary to operate the service or comply with provider requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free output, platform approval or any particular business outcome. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, unauthorized use, a security incident, a material breach or provider requirements. You may stop using the service and request workspace closure through the published contact process. Stopping use alone does not delete content already stored or posted. Relevant retention/deletion provisions are described in the Privacy Policy.

Material service or Terms changes will be described through the website or an appropriate service communication. Updated Terms show their effective date. Contact us first with a description of a concern so we can attempt to resolve it. Mandatory applicable consumer and other legal rights are preserved.

Supported or testing connections include Facebook Pages, professional Instagram accounts, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn personal profiles, Bluesky, Pinterest and X. YouTube and Google Business Profile availability depends on the implemented workflow, Google permissions, account eligibility and review status. Account connection is not proof of public provider approval. Pinterest visibility and permitted operations depend on granted access and board/account settings. TikTok Inbox Upload requires creator completion; Direct Post is an audit-approved workflow subject to permissions, account eligibility, verified media URLs and TikTok quotas.

Account analytics reports provider-supplied performance, while Publishing Report records delivery operations. Networks define metrics differently; missing values are unavailable and unique reach is not summed across platforms. Post interaction counters can be lifetime values on a limited recent-post sample. Growth history starts with collected snapshots. We do not promise historical data that a provider does not supply.

X API operations can consume the developer account's credits. Automatic paid X reporting and Activity subscriptions are not enabled. Manual X report refreshes require credit-use consent. Comments, replies, messages and automation are available only where explicitly offered in the workspace with the necessary permissions and user approval. Recurring autolists, deleted-post restoration and hashtag performance tracking are not promised by these Terms.

Publishing a Smart Links page makes its selected title, description and destinations public. You are responsible for the linked content. Click totals count requests, including repeats and bots. Unpublishing the page removes it from public access through this service but cannot remove copies already obtained elsewhere.

You may authorize a compatible assistant to act within your YET workspace using the permissions you approve. Review the full content, destinations and posting time before approving scheduling, and keep write confirmations enabled in your assistant. The assistant provider operates under its own terms. Revoking a connection stops further tool access but does not cancel posts already in your queue. Platform format, permission, API usage and completion requirements continue to apply.
