Account analytics and coverage

Available metrics, with honest boundaries.

Use the report

Open Analytics, choose accounts and dates, then refresh where available. Export the returned report as CSV. Cached results and last-sync time explain freshness.

Platform differences

Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Pinterest can supply insights with relevant permissions. Bluesky provides public counters. LinkedIn personal analytics needs Community Management API approval plus r_member_postAnalytics and r_member_profileAnalytics. Share on LinkedIn alone grants publishing. Use the separately configured LinkedIn Pages & analytics app and select the returned personal profile; an older publishing token does not gain analytics scopes automatically. TikTok reporting uses granted user.info.stats and video.list scopes; unavailable metrics remain unavailable. X reads can consume paid credits and require consent.

Interpret results

Missing values are unavailable, not zero. Unique reach is not safely summed across networks. Recent-post lifetime counters are different from date-range performance. Follower history begins with collected snapshots.

Why a graph can be empty

A trend needs dated observations. Some APIs return only period totals or current follower snapshots; those values cannot truthfully be spread across a daily graph. Enable daily snapshots on supported accounts, allow collection to run, and then select a date range containing those observations.

Reading missing values

Unavailable is different from zero. A connected account can lack analytics permissions. Unique reach is not summed across accounts. Follower totals can include the same person on multiple platforms. CSV exports retain metric names, scope, date, kind and collection time for interpretation.
