Brand identity and writing references
Keep your voice and visual guidelines beside the work.
Identity
Open Brand settings. Save the brand name, positioning, audience, colours and typography. The saved brand name appears in workspace identity areas; it does not change the legal billing entity.
Voice and examples
Save tone, constraints and example posts. These are writing references. Saving them does not train an AI model or enable automatic content generation.
Logos and references
Upload logos and guidelines to the brand-reference storage flow. Keep a legible source image; review the preview before saving. Reference storage is private, while publishing media can use public delivery URLs.
Writing reference limits
Brand voice accepts up to 5,000 characters. Save up to 30 example texts, each up to 3,000 characters. Examples are references; adding one does not create, schedule or publish a post. Remove confidential client material before adding sample content.
Logo and asset handling
Upload an actual logo rather than placing it inside an animated badge. Brand reference assets use private storage and temporary signed URLs. The sidebar displays a supported primary raster logo with its proportions preserved. A slow first image can reflect signed-link creation; subsequent views reuse the cached link.
