Connect and prepare

Authorize the account. Prepare text, up to four images or one MP4 video. X API operations may incur provider charges. Manual analytics refresh requires explicit credit-use consent.

Review and schedule

Inspect the exact authorized destination, caption, media and time. Platform format and rate limits apply. Use Compose in the website or ask an authenticated assistant for a preview before approving.

Inspect the outcome

Open Publishing report and review the channel receipt. Scheduled and submitted states are not the same as published. Retry only after resolving the actual error and checking for an existing post.

Keep the format within the application limits

X posts are checked against the application’s 280-character budget. Image posts can have up to four images. Use a workspace-uploaded file for provider publication and confirm that the connected profile is the intended destination.

Approve reporting credit use separately

Refreshing X analytics can consume API credits. It requires explicit consent and is not an unlimited posting allowance. Scheduling permission and analytics credit consumption are separate decisions.
