Smart Links and attribution
Give your profile a useful destination.
Create the page
Open Smart Links, enter the title and introduction, add up to eight HTTPS destinations, inspect the preview and publish explicitly. Published fields and links become public.
Click attribution
Use campaign/UTM information and available source attribution. Counters record click requests, including repeated requests and bots; they are not certified unique visitors.
Limits and privacy
A missing referrer may result from apps or browsers withholding it. Do not infer an identity from a click. Geography/device and unique-visitor reporting are not completed capabilities.
Attribution limits
Campaign parameters help distinguish links you distributed deliberately. Referrer information can be absent when an app or privacy setting suppresses it. Treat an unknown referrer as unknown, rather than assigning the click to a network without evidence.
Before changing destinations
Review the public slug, labels and HTTPS URLs. Replacing a button’s target can change the meaning of its historical click count. Publish the page only after checking its preview and open the public page to verify each destination.
