Sign-in and password recovery

Recover access without sharing credentials.

Request a recovery link

Use the password-recovery option on the sign-in page and enter your account email. Open the newest recovery email in the same browser where possible. Do not share the link or code with support.

Expired or invalid link

Request a fresh link and use only the latest email. Previously used, superseded or expired tokens cannot be reused. Report recurring failures with the time and a screenshot that omits secret values.

Manage your profile

Open Account settings to review profile information, export your workspace or request deletion. Billing cancellation and data deletion are separate operations.

Recovery checklist

Open the newest reset message and use its link once. Requesting another link can invalidate an older one. Keep the recovery tab open while choosing a new password. If the tab does not establish a recovery session, request a fresh link rather than submitting an unrelated code. Never give your password or reset code to support.

Account session boundaries

My account controls apply to your sign-in identity. Provider OAuth reconnect controls apply to a social account. Resetting a Postroom password does not grant missing provider scopes or change a social-network password.
