Connect with official OAuth. Prepare text, images or video and inspect the returned post URI. Public follower/interaction counters are available; native impressions/reach are not.

Review and schedule

Inspect the exact authorized destination, caption, media and time. Platform format and rate limits apply. Use Compose in the website or ask an authenticated assistant for a preview before approving.

Inspect the outcome

Open Publishing report and review the channel receipt. Scheduled and submitted states are not the same as published. Retry only after resolving the actual error and checking for an existing post.

Text and image budgets

Postroom checks the Bluesky caption against 300 characters and 3,000 UTF-8 bytes. Image posts can contain up to four images. Add useful alt text rather than repeating the caption. Review the final thread of meaning if you shorten the text.

Interpret public counters

Follower and post-interaction counts are available where returned. They are not impression or reach measurements. The UI leaves unavailable metrics empty rather than presenting them as zero or estimating a daily curve.
